Cornelia Cozlovschi was appointed a member and chairperson of the Board of Directors of the National Financial Market Commission (NCFM) for a five-year term. The decision was approved with the vote of 55 deputies, during the sitting of the Legislative.
Cornelia Cozlovschi graduated from the State University of Moldova, Faculty of Applied Mathematics, is a master in economics and public management. She has experience in the banking and leasing sector, including top management positions, as well as in the public service.
At the same time, the deputies appointed, with 55 votes, Adrian Gheorghiţă as a member and vice-president of the CNPF Board of Directors.
Adrian Gheorghiţă has a degree in economics, specializing in banking and finance, and a master's degree in economics, specializing in corporate finance and insurance. He has a long experience in the "American Chamber of Commerce of Moldova" Employers' Association, including the position of Deputy Director.
On October 7, 2021, Vitalie Lemne was appointed a member and vice-president of the CNPF Board of Directors for a five-year term.
On September 9, 2021, the Parliament revoked the members of the CNPF Board of Directors.
CNPF is an autonomous public authority which authorizes and regulates the activity of the participants on the non-banking financial market, as well as supervises the observance of the legislation.
