An expert on terrorism and national security, Grzegorz Cieślak from Collegium Civitas, answered the questions related to the conflict in Donbas in Ukraine, which Poles most often entered into the Google search engine over the past 24 hours.

"In my opinion, it is extremely unlikely that the Russian Federation will attack Poland physically with the armed forces, but, likely, it will constantly attempt to destabilize it through hybrid attacks, attacks in cyberspace because this results from the new official military doctrine of the Russian Federation," the expert stated.

In his opinion, if the epicenter of the conflict shifted from the border regions annexed by Russia to Kyiv, we can expect the so-called little green men. It does not have to be an attack-based military operation. These are most often intelligence activities, information gathering, penetration, and checking the ability to penetrate deep into enemy territory.

"Russian instructions say that the operations of the special forces are carried out within a radius of about 700 kilometers from the epicenter of military operations. 700 km from Kyiv is in Otwock near Warsaw," Grzegorz Cieślak added.

"We, however, are not passive spectators, we are participants. We forget a bit that, according to various data, there are between 144,000-900,000 citizens living in Ukraine who declare Polish nationality.
